Command line utilites (mainly) for help in setting up NMR data acquisition.

Name Type Purpose
aqcalc sh Calculates the acquisition time given spectral width and number of complex pairs. Allows spectral width to be specified in ppm or hz.
b1calc sh Given length of a 90 degree pulse, calculates B1.
b1pulcalc sh Calculates length of 90 degree pulse that corresponds to a given B1
dbcalc sh Given a known pulse length at a given power level (in dB), calculates the power level required to obtain a different specified pulse length.
plot_response.py python
This command accepts the output of pulse_response.py (via a pipe) and plots it.
pulcalc sh Similar to dbcalc. Given a known pulse length at a given power level (in dB), calculates the pulse length at a different specified power level.
pulse_response.py
python This command reads a bruker format shape file and calculates the frequency domain response
relvals sh This script calculates 15N T1, T2 and NOE for simple Lipari-Szabo model, given slow and fast correslation times, s2, and field strength.
